This is an introductory course to the hairdressing industry consisting of around 420 hours of class contact supplemented by an industry placement program. You must have completed Year 10 to start this course, though special entry is possible.

When you complete this course you'll be qualified to seek employment as a salon assistant, receptionist or apprentice. You can then enrol in any of our other courses including our Fabulous Pivot Point Package and you'll receive credits for what you have done in this course!

The course costs $2,900 and includes all the necessary work-sheets. Students attend the college full time 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 8:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Friday. Flexible attendance is available on request.
