The Diploma of Hairdressing Salon Management covers many skills including the supervision, management, development and leadership of teams, planning and implementing quality customer service programs, and managing many of the financial and legal aspects of a hairdressing salon.

In this course you will study theory, undertake private research, work in teams and perform practical activities. Written work is required and your active involvement in classroom exercises is encouraged and expected.
