Refund Policy

The School will grant a refund only after receiving a request for the refund in writing from you. If you are less than 18 years of age your guardian or your parent must make the application on your behalf.

There is no refund of the application fee. (Overseas Student Health Cover, if paid, will be refunded)

If, for reasons beyond a student’s control, a student visa is not issued, a full refund of fees already paid will be made upon the school’s receipt of the decision from a visa-issuing authority (Department of Immigration and Citizenship or the local Australian Embassy).

All fees become due upon scheduled commencement date of your original enrolment. No refunds are possible after that date.

A student expelled from the School is not entitled to a refund. All tuition fees become due immediately and no refund will be made.

If your visa is cancelled because of poor attendance or poor academic progress or for some other reason, all tuition fees become due immediately and no refund will be made.

The provisions of the ESOS Act 2000 and the ESOS Regulations 2007 cover provider default. Refunds are only ever paid to the individual who paid the course fees initially unless we are instructed in writing by that person to pay someone else.

We only accept course fees in Australian Dollars, and because of this refunds are only ever paid in Australian Dollars.

Refunds will take up to 21 days to process from the date we receive the written request for a refund.

The School will consider extenuating circumstances. Please contact our Director.
This agreement, and the availability of complaints and appeals processes, does not remove the right of the student to take action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
