Course Description

If you have been absent from the industry for a time or are a qualified hairdresser looking to update your skills, a refresher course may be for you. AAHB staff will work with you to determine which is most suited to your objectives, before tailoring the course to meet your own specifications.

All applicants for refresher courses are required to complete a questionnaire about your training needs so our professional staff can put together a tailored program that will meet your goals and outcomes.

Refresher programs may combine a mixture of in-class, existing workshops/lessons or on-floor depending on the program that is designed by our staff for you.

These industry-based courses are not nationally recognised training, however, should you wish to receive recognition for any units of competency you complete please speak with your course coordinator.

​

Foreign residents without a student visa may apply to undertake refresher courses or advanced seminars up to three months in duration.

Sculpting: $450 including head block
One day seminars are available at both Brisbane campus on a regular basis.
